Here’s my genuine review of the Club tattoo in Planet Hollywood…
My husband and I came to Vegas to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We never got to have a honeymoon, so this trip was very special for us. Before coming to Vegas, we decided that we wanted to get our names tattooed on our fingers. After I had my first son, my nickel allergy intensified and I’m now allergic to my wedding rings. But my husband and I thought this would be a meaningful way to mark our 10 years since jewelry just isn’t in the cards.
We went to three other tattoo places on the strip, including other Club Tattoo spots, and the immediate reaction we got from them was negative and not helpful. They all told us that finger tattoos don’t work and they wouldn’t do them. Although we appreciated their honesty, their approach was really rude and not helpful at all.
My husband and I were gonna look into spots off the strip to see if we could find a place who could do the tattoos for us. But while we were walking through planet Hollywood, we saw this club tattoo place and thought we’d give it one more try, and I’m so beyond happy we did! Not only were they incredibly helpful, they didn’t make my husband and I feel stupid for being tattoo novice. We both have one tattoo, but we are in no way knowledgeable about tattoos, and the other three places spoke to us like we were idiots.
We talked to them about what we wanted and why and they suggested getting just our first initial. The woman who helped us at the front desk (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name!) was amazing. She was so nice, so helpful, and made the whole process simple. Then we got connected with Cody, our tattoo artist, and he showed us his own fonts. We feel in love with one and he was very supportive and stenciled the letter. They did not over charge us, which was a relief because all the other places were giving us crazy high quotes, and he gave us great advice for placement and care.
Honestly, overall it was an amazing experience. If you’re in Vegas and want a tattoo but don’t have an appointment, I highly suggest coming to Club Tattoo on Planet Hollywood. Thank you Cody for making my husband and my anniversary so special!

My Husband and I Both went to Club Tattoo and were immediately greeted by the Artist Cody. We instantly connected with him and he assisted both of us in creating the tattoos we wanted. His attention to detail and down to earth personality really made our experience great. He free handed my husbands tattoo which was awesome. We are both very happy with our choices and couldn’t recommend him enough!! Thank you again Cody.

Was one of the best experiences I have had. Wonderful staff to get you started, great communication skills all around. Wakako was my artist, what a great artist, her application, ideas, and both of our personalities are forever part of my custom tattoo by my kiddo and is an even better than I ever imagined. Thank you so much for everything!

SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE! The shop itself is super clean and modern, and my artist Wakako was extremely friendly, knowledgable, courteous and an amazing tattoo artist! I also really like how the front desk staff took care of payment and tip prior, away from the artist, leaving no awkward post-tattoo moments when the tattoo was complete; allowing the artist to do their job and be fully in the moment, not being “hungry” or “performative” for a tip (if you know, you know…).

PRO TIP: the Apple Maps location for Planet Hollywood was incorrect, it’s not actually on the outside of the mall… the good news is it’s actually VERY CLOSE to the Uber/Lyft drop off location. I spent 15 minutes walking around the perimeter using Apple Maps, but when I asked someone after getting confused, I realized it was super close to where I originally got dropped off – haha! This is why you always go early 😉

Club tattoo was an amazing shop! Was instantly greeted with a warm welcome. All members of staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly, and funny! Super easy to chat about my idea and received honest feedback. I was tattooed by Ryan during my tattoo and he was forthcoming about expectations with the placement of the tattoo. Being as it was on my finger, there are certain things to be mindful about in regards to healing. He was upfront about all the things expected with this sort of placement with a tattoo.

Left with a huge smile! The tattoo was stunning and was thrilled with the entire experience. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality tattoos, with friendly staff.
