I an 18 year old female, went into this establishment intending on making a purchase and was told to leave.

The reasoning given by the employee working the afternoon shift of 9/30/23, was due the the fact that me and my 3 friends did not have an “adult” with us and was rudely told to “get out”.

I have been in this specific store front several times previous and that has never been an issue.
I personally feel this was a personal issue with the employee.
I do not intend to return to this location, they have lost all of my future business

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced at the Dogwood Claire’s and there was NO ONE in the store but an employee. The employee was moving around some of the little jewelry towers and asked us to wait while she finished moving it. After 5 min. or so we went back to the employee and asked if we should be looking at earrings for the piercing. She said let me finish this and I’ll be with you AGAIN. We left. Went to the one at the Outlets of MS today and a super nice employee, Nation, greeted us when we walked in and was very friendly and stopped what she was doing to pierce my daughters ears.

This is the second time I have taken one of my grandkids to have their ears pierced for their thirteenth birthday. The staff is rude and very unfriendly and disrespectful. I will never go back into Claire’s again. They will not be getting my money anymore. We had bad experiences both times.

My daughter got her second ear piercing here a few weeks ago and the young lady who did it was very kind and patient with my daughter. It didn’t hurt her a bit. She was also the only person working on that very busy Saturday and managed to keep her cool, help all the customers and did it with a smile on her face!!

Sales associate was very unfriendly. She was stocking and was pretending like she didn’t see me and when I was trying to tell her I wanted to get my daughters ears pierced she cut me off and told me to go to the ear piercing station. Considering this was not cheap you would think there would be better customer service.
