Just had my ears pierced by April. What a sweet lady. Did a great job. Very pleased. I had a local tattoo shop, who I will not name, do them and they were crooked. So I let them heal up for over a year. I am happy with the new piercings.

Don’t pierce your children’s ears at Sally’s they aren’t professionals and they don’t know what they are doing. My child’s earring got stuck in her ear. I should have saw all the red flags, the ladies hands where shaking when she had the gun to my daughters ears and the back of the earring didn’t latch on, I had to put it on myself. Never again! Please go to professionals. Allowing non liscense people to pierce ears should be a crime.

Got my ears repierced here. Made an appointment but still had to wait. I must have hit a busy time with only one staff person. She was friendly and professional. Great selection of earrings, hair accessories, and others.

The girl in the store was sitting there on her phone. Not asking anyone if they needed help. This place is suppose to be fun to shop to etc. BUT the cashier (who has face tattoos in what’s supposed to be a kids store) was very rude and was dragging her hands everywhere like she was such in a rush to charge us She barely looked up from her phone to check us out!!! and gave Attitude thro out the whole transaction. She needs to work on her customer service if you are going to be a cashier to a fun and friendly place like that.
