Artist that go by rgb2.23( Talia) on instagram is very unprofessional. I was supposed to get my tattoo on Saturday 9/14 when I texted her about the location cause she was changing twice when i texted her the last time. She was saying she felt like she was tired from doing her job last night and was thinking about rescheduling me ! The first reschedule I did because I had heat rashes I rescheduled with her weeks before the first was suppose to happen was when 8/18. She goes on instagram trying to get other people opinions about a refund that she doesn’t want to give because of the so call three designs. I only ask her about a poison tree. She said it wouldn’t look right and I agree then I went on to ask about adding simple butterflies. The tattoo I was getting she literally copying from my first tattoo I got with her nothing different ! All she did was add two butterflies to the design and that so call third one she made I never ask her to do that. Her communication is very horrible. She asked about me availability I told her I had school late and work. She never told me the shop only open at 4:30 I would’ve never book the appointment. She then send me a calendar of blank days in the message she never said I could come in on her off days just the ones that blank which was to far into the month. This is not about the refund it’s how you handle customer service and communication but yes I would want a refund cause she wasted my time and what she charge for I could went to someone for a better work equity.
