Giada was amazing!!! Came to get a tattoo on the spot as it is my last day in Florence and she was very accommodating given that she is still putting the finishing touches to her newly renovated store! She was the third store that I went to and was about to give up as no one could accommodate me on the spot. She was very clean and very careful with handling the equipments. She also gives good advice on better ways to have my tattoo in terms of size, position and looks! The design was made by me but it was fun having options of how the tattoo would look at the end!! Definitely recommend going here!!

Got an ear lobe piercing done. Just walked in, and everyone there was really nice. The whole experience felt very safe, clean and calm. Not fluent in English, but plenty fine for giving me information and instructions during and after.

Great experience. The shop was clean and professional, but still had a chill vibe. Giada was so amazing and fun to work with. She worked with myself and two of my friends with only a couple days notice, and we all ended up with stellar tattoos. I am so happy with mine. It was a bit of a wait (since there were three of us getting something) but absolutely worth it. Totally coming back if I’m ever lucky enough to be back in Florence.
