Bill was absolutely amazing and had some of the best customer service, from the initial conversations to set up the appt and finalizing a design, to the final application and the tattoo itself. Everything was so easy. The shop was super nice; clean, inviting, and just super cool! I always appreciate someone who is willing to engage in conversation, and brownie points for putting up with any shenanigans I might bring with me. One solid experience!

Kate is wonderful!! I’m in town for work and had some downtime, which never happens when I’m home. I called to be sure they could take me as a walk in and went to get three cartilage piercings. She talked me out of a daith because that ridge in my ear is really small, and has a high chance for migration or rejection, but she was super excited to do a rook on me instead. She is very knowledgeable and talked me through the entire process. Because I am from out of town, she went above and beyond to explain what I need in resizing all of my new jewelry. I am very happy with my entire experience and will definitely go there again when I’m back in Indy. Thank you, Kate!! 😃
