Absolutely amazing. So professional and helpful. It’s so obvious that this shop exists to do what they love, not make a quick buck. I have a HUGE phobia of needles but I felt totally calm and safe. I live 4 hours away but would happily drive back here if I ever decided to get another piercing.

I had a fantastic experience here! I am super sensitive to jewelry and need hypoallergenic metal. Nic found a width I liked, and made my hoops in front of me to fit my ears! It was very interesting to watch the jewelry being made in front of me. The shop is very cute and comfortable, and I’ve never felt so at-ease in a piercing shop.

The entire appointment took no more than 30 mins, and the prices were amazing, especially for the quality you get. I will be recommending this spot to everyone!

Got my helix pierced by Inez yesterday and it was such a lovely experience! I booked a last-minute appointment and felt so at ease from the second I walked through the door. They helped me pick out the perfect piece and walked me through the whole experience without making me feel patronized, even calling the piercing needle “the sharp” to make it feel less scary. If you’re looking for a safe space both physically and mentally to get pierced in Asheville – this is it!

through everything and gave me so many words of encouragement. Super cool, down-to-earth guy. They place all of the stones used in their jewelry by hand which makes me appreciate my piercing more. 10/10

On a trip to the mountains this spring I stopped here and got a conch piercing from Nick. It was a beautiful little shop, high quality jewelry and lovely service. I felt really welcomed and had a great conversation with the piercer. It healed great, and I definitely recommend this place!
