I’ve been having great experiences with one of the tattoo artists from Barnstormer: Dan. He’s been great to work with. Our appointments have been consistent with what we’ve scheduled. He’s been kind, welcoming and pleasant to be around. The rest of the guys in the shop have been awesome too! Highly recommend Dan to do your work and I’m sure the other guys are great too!

I got my first tattoo yesterday with Glen at Barnstormer and all I can say is that it was an absolute INCREDIBLE experience, easy conversation, all the artists there were super welcoming and very professional. You can tell they love what they do. 10/10 would recommend, again thank you Glen for the incredible piece, looking forward to my next one!

I did a full day with Glen last week and it was exceptional. I heard that he was awesome and he did not disappoint. I was there all day so got to see other clients come and go, and all the guys seemed really great. Their professionalism and dedication to their craft was immediately apparent. If I couldn’t get Glen for some reason I wouldn’t hesitate to book with any of them. Vibe was great and laid back, shop was super clean.
I started by researching places on my own, checked out a few shops in Ottawa and was not feeling them at all. I was referred to Barnstormer by a friend and am super grateful. Benefit from the time I wasted and just come here!

I attempted to book an app with the owner, Glen, who passed me along to Nate. I was looking to have cover-up work done. The appointment went fine with the exception of pain I’ve never experienced before. I chalked it up to nerve damage. Little did I know the pain was not normal. Nate had, in facted overworked my arm. 2 separate artists have confirmed he overworked my arm. Here we are 11 days later with major scabbing an infection and a worse tattoo than when we started. I would avoid this place at allcostst.

I recently had a great experience getting a watercolor tattoo addition from Glen. He was friendly, professional and helped me feel at ease during the session (it had been quite a long time since I had a tattoo done and I was a bit nervous!) I was impressed to find the studio had a relaxing atmosphere and was clean, comfortable and had really cool decor. The other artists I chatted with were also super friendly and welcoming-they seemed to be happy to be there. I love how the piece came out-the vibrant colors pop and it really pulled my whole piece together in a beautiful way. I highly recommend Glen for his skill and artistic vision!
