I got my ears pierced here for the first time years ago and I recently came back for my seconds. Everyone that works here is super nice but the girl who pierced my seconds had pierced them unevenly. The manager, Monica, was extremely helpful with this and re-pierced them the next day, taking her time and making sure they were perfect, as if they were her own ears she was piercing. Monica was so sweet, friendly and especially patient and I’d be happy to come back here for possibly more piercings in the future 😇
