I took my baby to get her ears pierced today! And there were 3 people at the kiosk…the Assistant Manager Antar, an associate Trinity , and The manager came after her break Ms. Lorrie. They took care of us from start to finish! Antar made a great suggestion for the earrings for my baby, Trinity was very knowledgeable on several things that inquired about at the counter and Ms. Lorrie did the piercing and she did a MARVELOUS JOB! Each of them were very friendly and knowledgeable on whatever question(s) I asked. I will definitely do business with them again! They had a nice selection of jewelry too!

The chain in question( cost $539)was sold to me as SOLID GOLD….. But is NOT this thing has broke twice in one month. Exchanged it and was told bc of the exchange I could have no refund then when I called her out about not being made aware she then stated it’s over 30days. Very low class manager and jewelry.

Not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly but I was helped by Audra in the haywood mall. She is definitely an asset to her company, she went above and beyond in assisting me with a issue I has with a pair of earrings my husband had purchased. I definitely would recommend if you are looking for affordable high quality jewelry go and check her out. Beyond happy with my purchase.

The people who work here are genuinely nice and care about customers. I had my daughters ears pierced and they went out of their way to make her comfortable and calm her fears. That was in February of this year 2023. I returned in October to buy earrings for my daughter ,the woman who helped me was so patient with me and answered my many questions. I find this kind of customer service is very rare. The jewelry is pretty and prices are fair.
