Such a wonderful experience! I have gotten 6 of my piercings here and have never had any issues with them! Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and the shop is so clean and comforting to be in. Love the staff, they all work so hard to make sure their clients feel comfortable and welcomed. Definitely recommend if you want a positive experience for you or your children!

I have never once given a review, but this placed deserves it! I have a total of 10 piercings that I have got at a variety of places, but I have never had such a good experience as I did here. The people were super awesome and personable, I worked with Kaylee and Daniel (I think were their names) and I have no complaints. Seriously despite it being over an hour from where I live I will keep going back to here for piercings. They were very patient, friendly people, who took time to make sure I lived the placement before piercing. I have thing but good things to say about my experience, and that’s coming from someone with lots of experience in getting piercings. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a friendly staff, and safe environment to get a piercing.

I took my daughter to get her ears peirced. We had matching IDs for her (non printed) I politely asked if I could email it and have them printed as they have a large printer right behind their desk and was told NO. Customer service was beyond rude. If they would have even looked at the ID and mine, they could have cleary seen this was my child. Besides the fact she looks like my twin! Might have made a difference if I had all of my piercings and they knew both my child- I were getting piercings that day… now you lost 2 costumers. Good thing Claire’s in the same building did it and had AMAZING service!

I mean the people where nice but I feel like they don’t know really what there doing I got nose piercings both where way to high and crooked I went back 2 weeks later to fix them hadda pay another $200 they look way better but still not aligned I would just go to a actually piercing place save yourself the trouble

i have gotten pierced here multiple times and have always had the best experiences! staff is very welcoming and friendly! all of my piercings have healed really well with no issues.
