I had an absolutely amazing experience. I got my bridge pierced and Mel took a good 15 minutes to make sure it was as straight as possible. I’ve had it for 3 months now and have had absolutely no issues at all. It’s healed perfectly and is as straight as it can be. I will definitely be coming back here for any other piercings I decide to get in the future. Mel was amazing!!

Got some piercings done on Friday. I saw Mel and she was fantastic. She gave me the rundown, wasn’t a weird experience at all, and I had been super nervous about getting these piercings for a long time. Got three very intimate piercings all at once and even though it was a tad painful (to be expected). It was an easy experience. Will definitely go back! Also the pricing was reasonable and the room was clean and private!

Went in to change my Medusa jewelry. Was passed off to a young person who seemed inexperienced and didn’t seem to know much about piercings, or maybe my specific piercing. Either way, I showed him the bar I had and we looked through their very small selection of flat backs. I contemplated in that moment just going elsewhere, but decided against it for reasons… I chose a new top and a new septum.

Had the piercer put them in. I asked to use the bathroom before I had the piercer put them in, and she said yeah but I gotta do this group that came in after you first “because I have to do one or the other.” So was made to wait behind a group of 4? Because I needed a minute in the bathroom…so that felt super rushed & cold.

The actual experience of getting the piercing in was fine. That was three days ago, and my lip has been hurting ever since (which it really shouldn’t have because I have had this piercing for 10+ years.) I noticed over the weekend that the jewelry was really far into my lip, and seemed to be getting less and less visible / tangible daily. I didn’t have time to go in today, planned to do it tomorrow, but the pain became very inhibiting. I took it out myself, and what do I find? A stem that is way too short for my lip.

I don’t know who to be mad at: the person that helped me choose the jewelry or the piercer that didn’t notice the size was too small. Either way I am not going back.

I went today to get my nostril pierced and (I forgot her name) the piercer was so nice, she took the time and made sure to get it even with my previous nostril piercing. She was very informative and made the whole process anxiety free!

Got my helix piercing on both ears and it was such a quick and easy experience! Everyone was extremely friendly and when I went back to have my earrings changed to new ones, they were even friendlier! Super sanitary and welcoming place!
