My bf made an appt and when he got there he was told that he did not have one. Whoever he spoke with did not put him in the book. ( which she later on denied even booking the appt) He was told that they would accommodate him anyway and he’d be next and just wait. After an hr of waiting they started helping the next customer. My bf confronted them and they told him to wait an additional hr and a half for his tattoo that would only take 20 mins
