Lee was absolutely amazing! He fixed up a tattoo another artist had messed up! I also got a new tat for him and allowed him creative freedom with it. Turned out amazing! I’m in love with it! We were in Florida on vacation from Missouri, he got us in same day and made sure we got exactly what we wanted! 100% recommend Lee to anyone looking to get a tattoo in Melbourne!

Alex did a KILLER job with this empty canvas that I provided him with. He is definitely someone that listens to what your ideas are and then turns those ideas into sick art work.

Also, he was very genuine and cared about the job he did. He didn’t let me leave there anything less than satisfied. I definitely found my new barber!

I had been going to Angel’s shop for 2-2.5 years when I first moved to Florida and never had a bad experience. I moved to another barber due to every time I’d go to the shop, I knew I’d be there for 2-3 hours (waiting time + the cut) AND there were multiple times I showed up during regular hours and no one was in the shop (barbers would leave to get lunch/snack/smoke etc.) and there were multiple times I showed up 10-15 minutes after their posted open hours (online and on their door) and the doors would be locked and no one would be there and sometimes no one would show up until 30-60 minutes later (when I would call Angel). I say all this and will say I never had a bad cut, hence why I have never left a review. Every haircut was crisp, the barbers were nice, the conversations were great, and the drama was also interesting (classic barber shop talk).

The only reason I’m feeling compelled to make a post now is because I went to get a haircut on Sunday because my new normal barber isn’t open on Sundays and I needed a haircut for a business trip. No one was in the shop. There were two customers waiting to get a tattoo/piercing but they were also waiting for someone to arrive. No worries, barber was in the bathroom and came out to give me my cut. I had never seen him before but I trust Angel and know he vets his barbers. Barber didn’t speak the entire cut (which is fine), I showed him what I wanted and started. From what I saw the cut looked ok, I paid and left. Once I got in the car I realized he didn’t blend the front part of one side of my head correctly. I wanted to go back in and get it fixed but had to leave. Fast forward to the next day, my head is burning and itching badly. I wash my hair for the second time and put oil on it and it doesn’t do much to help. I started feeling bumps all over my head, this has never happened to me. I go to visit my mom a few days later (3-4 days after the cut) and my head is still itching and burning. She looks and says I have a bunch of ingrown hairs and what looked like a rash….. this has NEVER happened to me. I’ve been getting my hair cut short like this for 15 years and have never gotten an infection or ingrown hairs! I’m irritated, annoyed, and disgusted. I’m a woman who prides herself on her haircut and thought I could trust going back to Angel’s barber because he has worked hard for his shop and was always kind to me! I’m hoping this is a one off but … this reminded me of why I left.

Definitely stands up to the name. Best barbershop I have ever been to, and I have tried most. I use missy as my barber and would not go anywhere else. Yet all the barbers in there are absolutely professional in their trade. Keep up the great job guys!!! And gals 😁

I am with the start of my 3/4 sleeve by Lee (black arm/the florist)!!! He has brought my idea to life and I am so beyond happy it’s stupid!! This man right here is truly the best, but not just in his work but in his personality and professionalism!! He’s patient and straight up and I have nothing but the upmost respect for him!! Then the shop!!! Everyone from both sides, the barbers and other tattoo artists are all friendly and a joy to get to know! I sat for two days and got one more session in the near future to complete but this IS MY
HOME FOR ALL FUTURE TATTOOS!!

(and by the way… the redness and bruising is due to it being less than 24 hours old and the design in a sensitive spot!! It’s healing beautifully and perfectly!!!)
