I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the repeated mistakes and poor service my husband and I experienced at your establishment. We initially had high hopes for our couple’s tattoo but, unfortunately, the process has been marred by a series of errors and unprofessional behavior.

Initially, my husband was communicating with a gentleman regarding our tattoo, but due to scheduling conflicts over the Father’s Day weekend, we were referred to Dawn. We sent a picture of the design we were interested in, and when the stencil was printed and placed on our skin, we had to point out that the names on the stencil were not ours; they were just examples. Dawn then corrected the names and printed a new stencil. My husband also requested the addition of the phrase “til death do us part.” Unfortunately, “us” was omitted from the final design.

Given our busy schedules, we did not immediately reach out to correct this mistake, but it was disheartening to realize that such an important request was not accurately fulfilled. This has left us feeling undervalued as customers, as it shows a lack of care and attention to detail for something we will wear permanently.

When I eventually contacted Dawn to correct the tattoo, she scheduled multiple appointments, but each time, she canceled. This pattern of behavior has led us to lose trust in your establishment, and we no longer have any interest in returning to complete the tattoo or in recommending your services to others.

This experience is particularly disappointing because our daughter received a tattoo from another artist at your shop, and her experience was positive. The contrast in service is stark and concerning.

We hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the issues we faced, so no other customers have to endure a similar experience.

Since it appears from other reviews that it’s apparent that customer service is one of the characteristics that is lacking in this establishment.

I got 3 tattoos by two different people. I was going there since he opened. Josh is an excellent artist but the people that work for him isn’t. My daughter texted him a couple of weeks ago about my tattoos that need more color to them. We haven’t heard from him so I feel the need to let people know when you go there they, the ones under him aren’t good with color just outlining. I have never had to go back and get a touch up on a tattoo. They don’t stand by their word. I will go to another place so they can try to fix what they’ve done smh

Josh is the best in Jax!! I have gotten three tattoos with him and heading back for more. His work is unbelievable.

10 out of 10 recommend this shop! Owned by a Jax native and he does amazing work.. more than just tattoo work. I’ve seen this business grow so much over the last year and it’s so impressive.

And the tats I’ve gotten here (Marie) have been some of my favorite. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

Josh and his crew took great care of me! Great friendly atmosphere with great conversations, even with other customers. I showed Josh what I wanted and without even having to go into details of how I wanted it.. it came out PERFECT! It’s like he saw my vision of how I wanted my Black Panther necklace piece in my head!

He’s a VISIONARY!!!!
