Joey is on another level! He’s also a super nice person! He did some touch up on one of my old tattoos. Going in, I was worried because it was originally done by an intern at another shop in Chico who went too deep with the needle which caused my tattoo to become blurry. It wasn’t even readable anymore. I was almost certain nothing could be done.

Joey performed an actual miracle! He not only fixed it, he made it even better than the original! I’m so thankful we found him and will be back soon!
