I’ve gotten several piercings and a small tattoo here. Every time, it’s been a wonderful experience. I felt comfortable, and the atmosphere is just beautiful and inviting. Really great for first time experiences. Only downside is they do book out. But, it’s only because they are wonderful!

I got a sleeve done by Andy 7 years ago i am heavily tattooed now and have won awards for some of mine and have gone to several tattoo artist ever since, he took advantage of a an uneducated college kid and told me my sleeve would be finished in time for a military deployment he was always unprepared, this tattoo could’ve and should’ve been done in 2 months max but he was so unorganized it took over a year! And i had to drive 4 hours for every appointment after graduating from cortland… i would show up and he would spend the first 2-3 hours coming up with the design bc he never planned anything out before hand. He would cut the sessions short by 3 hours bc he had something scheduled…as well as he convinced me my sleeve was done and no more appointments were needed when as you can see in the photos several gaps in the sleeve but you can tell he didn’t know how to fix it and i would tip him insane amounts i could tell he felt guilty as the last two appointments he stopped charging me completely. luckily i found someone who actually knows how to tattoo later in my life, Looking back 8 years later after going to several of the best tattoo’ artist in the world i can say he is a low quality unorganized artist so i would recommend someone else. (The first photo is what he left me with and was already unprepared for this is today in the recent photo after working with some more equity artist,) if u have he option i would look somewhere else at best u will be left with a medium to okay tattoo here most of the reviews are uneducated college kids or they filter out bad reviews this may sound harsh but anyone who is genuinely impressed with Andy’s work specifically is probably new to tattoos or has not looked at other artist work to compare because it is nothing special, i can’t say this about the shop as a whole as i only did business with Andy but this is just my advice

Carrie was amazing! She explained everything, showed us the sterilized equipment and brand new needles before she began and made my girl’s feel so comfortable with the process of getting their ear’s pierced. I highly recommend!!!
