Cesar is my go-to tattoo guy! I’ve had a few tattoos done by him and now my friend did as well. He’s fun to be with, flexible and does great art!
All I have to do is send him a text and he’ll figure out a way to make it work with my crazy schedule. He also free hands most of his work, so there isn’t a ton of time needed to plan unless you want to. The healing process has gone smoothly as well and I haven’t had the scabbing like I did with other artists. Highly recommend!

I walked in to inquire about a tattoo and some script writing around it and the guy looked like he was high and couldn’t concentrate. This other guy said ” What’s up?” And when I asked him if he was a tattoo artists he just nodded his head to the guy who seemed like he was high. I may come and get script writing but the rose tattoo I’ll get elsewhere.

Tommy I am sure glad that I went with you for my first tattoo! Everything came out fireee. Very light hand, takes his time and pays attention to detail. Time flies by when you are getting work done by Tommy. Will sure be coming back for future tattoos.
