Paola and (I apologize, I forgot your name after asking if you were Beth. I guess I was too nervous). You both were so kind, patient, and respectful of my inquiries. I was a drop-in, and you were able to accommodate me right away.

Paola did my piercings. She kept me calm and was very patient with my needs and concerns. I appreciate both of your professionalism. The follow-up information and aftercare instructions were very helpful. Despite the tiny bit of pain, I enjoyed the experience.

Got my second lobe piercing here in July. Place is super clean and sterile. Private room to be pierced in. Paula was so kind and professional. I was pretty nervous but she helped calm my nerves. She walked me through detailed aftercare. My piercing is healing up nicely and I’m glad I chose this place. Price is reasonable and they almost always have availability. Definitely coming back here for my next piercing.

My daughter got her ears pieced and one earring’s top broke two days later. It is obviously a product defect. However the store refuse to fix it or replace it. Only offer to give us 10% discount to get a new one. Sent email to customer service, After talking to customer service, customer service agreed to give us a placement earring.

Everything works out at the end but we really shouldn’t have to go through all that.

Addition note the person who pierced our ears was super nice and she is very skillful, her name is Beth.

I had an unexpected jewelry emergency and the fabulous team at Steel n Ink saved the day! Booking an appointment was quick and easy, and I received phenomenal service when I arrived. As I was not expecting to purchase new jewelry before the incident, I showed up to my jewelry change appointment with a limited budget – but there were still plenty of styles and options to choose from that suited my needs (it was hard to pick just one!). Not only am I super happy with the new clicker for my daith piercing, but Beth installed it quickly, painlessly, and professionally. I’ve been on the hunt for a new piercer recently and I think we have a winner!
(I didn’t catch the names of the receptionists who helped me pick my jewelry, but huge shout out to them as well)

Got my helix pierced here by Beth, she was incredible. I told her i only had lobe piercings so i was nervous, and to walk me through the process gently. She was so understanding and gentle, and really helped me feel comfortable!

The area is very clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

The price is also good, regular $40 piercings + jewelry ($35 cheapest). And they have $30 piercings on Wednesdays.

I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to get a piercing in Ottawa.
