It wasn’t because you were slow on the phone, but judging by the cringe edge lord ‘motivational’ quotes around your place you are probably slow on the uptake.
I stopped in to purchase a single plastic retainer on short notice for a friend due to an emergency surgery. The cost of the single retainer was exorbitant to say the least.
Only one form of payment was accepted when I arrived. So I had to go and get cash and come back.
I did my due diligence and called before arriving and there was zero mention of payment options. The two people working at the front….the posters weren’t working. The service was as lackluster as the decor.
I have piercings and am always looking for places to get my next ones, I won’t be returning to this shop.

Cash only is not common. It would have been polite to mention it on the phone. I don’t care to search your social media when I have your “professionals” on the phone. Also, I was not charged 10 dollars. I was charged 30 dollars. A man and a woman were working that evening and if you (the owner) were not one of them, you might want to re-think your cash business strategy (with no set prices conveniently listed) because your employees are charging extra and pocketing the difference.
The piercing area was clean and the piercer was very professional, piercing was fast and fairly inexpensive. Good selection of jewelry too!
Edited to add that aftercare instructions were thorough and well explained.
