I decided on Tuesday that I would give this location another try after my first tattoo did not turn out the way I wanted it too, and was placed incorrectly on my body. For reference this was back in 2017. Cut to Tuesday October 1st of this year. The team was very nice and walked me through the entire waver procedure and aftercare procedure. However, When I was led to the back where my tattoo artist was there was an issue with him understanding what I wanted, and how this tattoo was done. My tattoo artist was Eric and though he is a very nice individual, He pressed too hard into my skin, and my tattoo is taking Longer than anticipated to heal. This is a memory tattoo, and I am a little upset if not disappointed about how it turned out. I did follow all of his instructions for aftercare, however upon further inspection, my center of my forearm is still completely red, and the lines were dug below my skin. There is very noticeable cracking And you can see where on my arm that the needle went too far and is now causing my tattoo to heal even longer. I do not think I will be returning back to this location and may try a different one instead because I like the blue horseshoe tattoo company as a whole.

Went there to get my back dermals pierces and the piercer Dan was so amazing and fast with it I was out of there in no time. Prices are amazing too loved it there’s especially how the place looks. 10/10 fs.

Terrible experience. I am covered in tattoos, have never had an issue with healing process. Last Friday I came in to get a tattoo. My artist ended up being Andy, first they make you buy this after care stuff which I think I ended up being allergic to because my tattoo is broken out in hives. Guy was sweating profusely the whole time during my tatt. Dropped his light and spent 6 minutes picking it up and putting it back in its spot and did not change us gloves. Now it is a week later and my tattoo is broken out in a rash. Could be due to the cheap ink they use as well. Avoid this place at all costs.

My husband and I were both walk-ins and were able to get exactly what we wanted. Andy was super chill and very professional I’ll definitely be going back to get more from him. Santiago did a couple on my husband and he was amazing as well. Super clean and cool atmosphere. Customer service was great Ms Short was able to help us with any questions we may have had. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Dan the piercing man was absolutely incredible, extremely talented and talked through the entire process. I am beyond satisfied with my septum piercing. The experience was virtually painless and the healing process has been extremely smooth while following his instructions. I will never go to a different piercer and have since recommended all of my friends to him.
