I pitched her an idea, gave her total creative control and when she showed me her design, it blew me away. The final tattoo was far better than anything I had pictured it in my head.
Lexy is SO kind, too. She’s really easy to talk to and does a great job at making you feel comfortable the entire time you’re on her table. She keeps conversation going during her sessions, or allows for a lull if that’s your preference. She doesn’t force anything, but is genuinely engaged with her clients when you’re talking together. We talked about everything from our families, to horror movies.
I drove an hour to have her tattoo me, and will be returning again in the future if that says anything!
*It’s also worth noting that this shop is SUPER cute, with an inviting vibe. It’s also very clean and organized. Some tattoo shops can be doom & gloom, but Lotus is the opposite of that!*
Visited with Johnny at the end of May. Took the first available session for over a month away.
The shop was clean and well lighted. The staff were attentive and professional without being sticks in the mud. The artist area was clean, comfortable, and again well lighted. My art is not yet finished, it will take multiple sessions, so I’m not posting a picture today, however when it’s done I’ll post several.
Johnny’s work for me is a cover-up of a complete sleeve. It’s focused, detailed, and clean. I’m looking forward to seeing this through to the finished product.
Thanks to Johnny and the Lotus staff for a good and productive day in the chair.
