Tattoo Factory Customer Reviews:
Bad vibes and overpriced. I got a warmer reception from the customers in the waiting area then the staff. They all seem like they’re passive aggressive, wish you weren’t there annoying them and a few slick comments away from blowing a fuse.
STAFF/SERVICE:
Joe did my tattoo. I told him it was my very first tat ever, and after talking to others about it [post-experience], I should have been offered numbing cream. I also got a nose piercing here. The piercer is the same guy who pierced my man’s nose so I was familiar with him. He did a good job.
PARKING/MISC:
Street parking available but depending on what time of the day you go, it may be difficult to secure a spot because of how many businesses are located on that intersection of Wilson and Broadway. As far as the tattoo itself, I wanted to wait until it was fully healed before I left a review. It looked ok when I left but after time, it got progressively worse. I took amazing care of it during the healing process and still ended up with scaring in the yellow part of the face. ***Which has since reduced significantly, to the point that it’s unnoticeable.*** I still feel the lines on this are horrible. I now have to go and get it corrected. You guys should honestly refund me my $180 for this nonsense, and every other person who’s walked out this shop with jacked tats — plus the staff had bad vibes, I’m sorry I hate to say it but they really did. Wouldn’t recommend, go elsewhere.
He is a very flexible artist that likes a challenge. My first piece with him was a walk-in last year. The line work was smooth and I gave him creative freedom regarding style after showing him a reference pic.
Yesterday’s tattoo was amazing. You can really tell that he enjoys what he does and has great expression within a piece.
Just wanted to say thank you, again. I’ll see you soon!
