I got my first tattoo from Dee. My other 3 friends and I got matching tattoos. He did a great job and it was a cool atmosphere. The guy at the front desk was super funny. I highly recommend!

I have to say, I was really disappointed with this business. I type this review with respect and honesty. I had an idea of a custom tattoo that I have been wanting to get for years. I was very excited and in a great mood but this place let me down. First mistake..the receptionist in the front, I believe his name is Lucas, I set up an appointment with him to get a tattoo from the owner and payed the deposit . I came right on schedule and told him I was showing up for my appointment. He proceeded to say he’s been calling me and texting me and I didn’t respond, turns out he didn’t even have the right number and he claimed I told him that number. Even though I know I didn’t, I also texted him off my number which I don’t expect him to remember but that’s still a mistake on his part for not confirming my number. He also assumed I wouldn’t show up when he was calling the wrong number the whole time. He booked another person that came out of state that missed their appointment the previous day for the same time he had me booked at. Very unorganized, also that is an inconvenience for both me and that other customer. The owner was going to try to do us both the same day so the other guy was scheduled to come back later that day. Second issue was that I sent them pictures and told them the idea I had in my head. I’m a very creative person and I wanted to get my tattoo unique to my liking. Especially because I would be wearing it for the rest of my life so who wouldn’t want a tattoo with their own idea. Lucas told the owner my idea and the owner decided he was going to change up the graphics and appearance of my tattoo but keep the same characters. Of course I was disappointed but I agreed to his idea of making the characters 3D because I was going to put my trust in the owner. But I told them I wanted to keep a few things the same, like the facial expressions of the characters and I wanted them to be doing specific actions in the tattoo. It sounds like a lot but hey..my estimated total was going to be over 2k so I definitely expect to get exactly what I asked for. Lucas was hard of understanding and it seemed like he was a little irritated and didn’t seem open to bringing my idea to life , neither did the owner. They wanted to control the tattoo and wanted me to conform to their style which isn’t right. I felt limited on something I was going to spend over 2 bands on. As I tried to explain my idea , Lucas basically tried to tell me that me being difficult would take the fun out of the owner doing my tattoo….There is so many things wrong with that. I was open to them changing up my idea , I just had my own specific touches that I wanted in my tattoo. Plus I already spoke to the owner about my idea during the consultation. They were very close minded to my idea so I ended up settling. I decided that I would only get the cover up I planned on getting and the picture was something he specialized in which is realism. At that point , Lucas came out and told me the owner doesn’t want to tattoo me anymore. I worked with them as much as I can and explained what I wanted to them as best as I can but I was shot down. I’ve been to multiple tattoo shops and this is the least professional one I’ve been too. The owners lack of effort and patience to work with me is disappointing. Seems to me like the owner isn’t able to draw and put my ideas together, I guess it was too challenging for him, so he backed away from it… but hey.. that’s just my experience. I appreciate the work I’ve seen him do but my time was wasted here. In overall , the experience was horrible, they seemed unprepared, close minded , impatient, unprofessional and just rude. I was irritated during the process so Lucas assumed I wanted to argue with him but I didn’t, I just know what I want and I want yall to be as open with me as I was with yall. Yall turned down my ideas and made a fool of me for even thinking creatively so for that I won’t be back to this place. Leaving without a tattoo because the owner didn’t want to do it is crazy. Especially when everything was set up.

Just saw a video of someone getting a tattoo from this shop and the artist ignored and made fun of her client while he was sweating and asking her to calm down. He passed out because she ignored the warning signs and not only didn’t care about what he was saying, but made fun of him when he asked her to relax. Extremely unprofessional.
