Nick was awesome! Great linework. All the artists here are amazing, my friends and I have pieces from every single artist in here. I wouldn’t recommend any other shop in San Diego! $150 minimum and 100% worth it.

I had an amazing experience here at propaganda tattoo. I got my tattoo as a walk in and was treated very well. The artist Kevin took the time to draw a new design that I really enjoyed. As far as the tattoo I really enjoy it. There are a few minor imperfections that I’d like to get touched up. For coming in with chaotic design it turned out well.

Propaganda Tattoo is a great shop with solid work and atmosphere. Jason has been great to work with on multiple tattoos and tying them into existing tattoos while giving them their own character. Great linework and attention to detail. Love his style. Will go back for more and would 100% recommend their crew to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at Propaganda and Jason Kim is a fantastic artist! I had a disappointing and nerve wracking experience getting the start of a sleeve done at a different studio with another artist – to the point I walked out of that session because I was so uncomfortable. This tattoo is really meaningful to me and I felt like the end result at the original place was not at all what I wanted. I loved Jason’s fine line and pop art work so I reached out about finishing it. I told him my fears and what I had hoped for, and he went above and beyond to make me comfortable and excited about continuing. Jason was so calm the day of the appointment that the last of my anxiety left and it was just fun! The other artists and we all talked about murder mystery and true crime documentaries we love to watch, adopting animals – the perfect distractions while getting a decent sized tattoo. Now that I know what an awesome experience this is with the right artist, I’ve had to hold back from getting all the others I want asap – gotta be kind to my bank account! I can’t wait to schedule follow on appointments to continue this literary themed sleeve and bring to life my other ideas. Thank you, thank you to Jason and the team – I seriously get compliments all the time from absolute strangers about how pretty it is. Thank you for the beautiful work and making this so enjoyable. Highly recommend Propaganda for excellent quality tattoos and it’s a great place to go for anyone getting their first piece and needs guidance/advice from their artist!

Nick was professional, patient, kind, and on top of that a phenomenal traditional tattoo artist. His work shines throughout the store as you walk in, giving potential clients ideas of tattoos in case you haven’t had anything in mind. Their online booking tool is easy to use and was great to book a consult with. Nick was able to render exactly what I had envisioned and he placed it well in regards to size and location to what I had envisioned with minimal of my own input since I had a lot of trust in his eye and design. It hurt a bit more than I expected it too but all said and done I can’t wait for my next tattoo from him in this shop!
