First off I just want to say Viv is amazing, she takes pride in what she does and perfecting her craft. I’ve been a client of hers for 2 years now, and it all started when I lived in Florida and was looking for a good brow tech. I came across her page and her work was amazing so I would fly down to Maryland to get my brows done by her and let me tell you I don’t regret it at all. She’s truly the best hands down, she makes you feel comfortable and listens to any concerns you may have. I came to Vivian 2 years ago to have my eyebrows tattooed. She made a mistake having one eyebrow higher than the other one. She told me she would correct(remove) the higher tattoo but I need to come back. I live in FL and came back 3 times(cost me over $900 for airfares), last October I called and left her messages to have the 4th session to remove it but she never returned my calls. My eyebrows look really bad now. I would be careful with her honesty.

Vivian is absolutely fantastic! My new brows give me a whole new look. She is meticulous, patient, and thoroughly informs you of every step she’s taking while she’s doing your treatment. Prior to your treatment she is unbelievably transparent in ensuring that you understand the entire process from start to finish. Her work area is absolutely sterile and meticulously maintained. I got my brows done by Viv and she is amazing. She makes you feel welcome, discussed the whole process and makes sure you’re completely happy with the shape. She made a great suggestion as to the color and they turned out perfect! I would highly recommend her…in fact a few of my friends already booked with her.
