My favorite shop in the salt lake valley, you can’t go wrong with any artist you pick here Multiple award winning artists, fair pricing, and a friendly shop atmosphere. The shop is always clean, they answer the phones quickly and will keep you updated if an appointment change is needed. I recommend this place to anyone who asks about tattoos. They have a great range of styles but seem to specialize in bold American/Japanese traditional style tattoos. You won’t see me go into any other shop! I tried to go somewhere else and ended up right back here to get the tattoo fixed.

Got tattoos with my son. Plan was to get very similar tattoos but had to change it up due to the length of time the first one took. Had a noon appointment and didn’t even start until 12:45. I will say they came out nice though, just didn’t expect what we got to take as long as it did. First one took nearly 3 hours! Second one took 30 min!

I’ve been tattooed by Ryan and Austin M and plan to get tattooed by every artist in the shop. I am an artist as well and consider Tiger Claw to be one of the very best shops in the state. Love this spot. Clean, professional, and very experienced.

Fantastic shop. Went in for a walk-in and had a great experience getting some quick work with Joshua. This shop has some of the best experts in the Japanese style in SLC and it shows throughout the shop. Very clean, friendly and professional people. Also very easy to get to. Highly recommend. Just remember – they only take cash.

I had an okay experience. I got one small kanji tattoo on my arm in red. I was told it was going to be “red velvet” and it lightened up after a couple of months. I called to ask if they include a free touch up to darken it since I paid $150 plus tip for a 1 in x 1 in size. Was told that they don’t do that. Pretty disappointing since my other two tattoos done by two different artists/locations offered that.
