An amazing place and friendly people. Jae did a tree tattoo for me and I went back 3 more times to build around it. I referred a friend who was in town for a while and she has been so happy with her tattoo. I’ve received many compliments on my tattoos and will refer anyone to Electric Lotus. I keep telling myself I’m done but all ready have another idea brewing in my head. I’m sure I’ll be seeing Jae again soon.

My experience at Electric Tattoo was amazing from beginning to end. It is such a welcoming place, definitely the most welcoming tattoo shop I have been to. I had an idea of what I wanted but Jae was able to work with me on coming up with the design. I was super happy with the design and the process to get the tattoo completed.
Jae was also very kind with the numbing spray and ensuring I was feeling well during the tattoo. The tattoo is great and one of my top favorites.
I hope to be back and get more tattoos from Jae!

Jae is the best! Came in for a tattoo in 2022 and have been coming back since. Tattoo shop is clean, welcoming, and bright with art work everywhere. Jae is very welcoming and a great artist. The atmosphere is amazing and he will talk to you and have great conversations. I’ve gotten 6 tattoos from Jae and so many more still to come.

The shop felt very welcoming and Jae was super friendly and accommodating, taking care to ensure that things came out exactly as I wanted them to. The piece turned out great and was easy to sit through, a testament to Jae’s extensive experience. Great conversation made the time fly by. Also felt great to support a mainstay of the Fort Greene neighborhood!
