Tyler is outstanding. He was able to really bring my husband’s first tattoo to life. My husband is Type 1.5 Diabetic so it was really important that his diabetes tattoo turned out clear and stood out.

Tyler had clean lines, great color saturation, and a wonderful understanding of pigment theory. So impressed.

I’m a permanent makeup artist in Idaho, so it was really important to us that we found an artist that followed proper blood exposure procedure and paid close attention to detail. We had originally found another artist to work with at a different shop, but that artist had to cancel our appointment about 20 minutes before the original appointment time and we honestly had no idea what we were going to do because we had travelled 3 hours. We called Mercy with every hope that someone could help us. They were so kind and patient with us! They listened to our story and were super accommodating. They absolutely saved this whole experience for us.

Highly recommend Mercy Tattoo and, most importantly, Tyler for squeezing us in so last minute and being so gracious.

I finally got a tattoo from Mercy! I’ve gone with friends to get tattoos here, and loved the cleanliness and the vibe of the shop. When my friend and I came in for some walk in tattoos we had the same experience I had from prior visits as a spectator.

We worked with Matt (IG eyeball.tattoo) and he took our designs and added some suggestions and went with it. This was the first time I have had a guy ink me, (didn’t mean to stress him out with the comment LOL), but he was awesome! He did fine line work than what most of his portfolio is, but still…he killed it. I appreciated his attention to detail with the placement of wrap-around coordinates I got. Sorry have not snagged a photo of it yet.

Quick visit, with quality work.

FYI: it is a pretty penny for tattoos here, butttt I do reference all my tattoos to European prices (which fun fact typically cheap).

When I first came to mercy, I was hoping to get a rework of a preexisting tattoo that transitioned into a black out coverup. After looking through their portfolios, it seemed like Andy Canino would be the right artist for me. Booking the consultation was easy, and they were able to get me in very quickly. Andy and I met, and talked in depth about what I was hoping to get done. Andy was confident, knowledgeable, and kind. He was really proactive about setting reasonable expectations which I very much appreciated. The experience was so professional and as of yesterday, we finished our last session on my rework/coverup. I couldn’t be happier.

The shop itself is clean, inviting, and honestly beautiful. You can tell all of the artists take their career very seriously; from the designs to the customer service, these guys really take into consideration the entire tattoo experience.

I expressed to Andy early on that I wanted to find a shop that I could stick with, and I’m delighted to say Mercy has become that for me.

Andy Canino at Mercy Tattoo is amazing to work with. From consultation to finished product he was super friendly and offered some amazing insights and suggestions of his own that really took my tattoo to the next level while still keeping in line with my original vision. His quality is top notch, and he is also extremely efficient (finishing a piece that covers essentially my whole thigh with shading and color in 2 short sessions).

I would highly recommend reaching out to Andy at Mercy tattoo!
