I had a great experience getting tattooed here. But my experience getting pierced by Magnus was really bad. First, she pierced my ear at an extreme angle. When i told her it looks really angled, she told me I was overreacting and to stop disrespecting her (this is a form of gaslighting). When I asked her what we could do to fix it, she told me to come back in less than a week after the piercing was done, so that she could re-pierce it in the same hole (without letting the first hole heal first). Instead of going back to Magnus, I went to two other piercing shops to get professional opinions from other piercers. They all told me the same thing—that the piercing Magnus did was in fact extremely angled and that her advice to re-pierce it within a week was very bad advice. When I took the piercing out to let it heal, Magnus then refused to give me a refund for the bad piercing because I didn’t let her re-pierce it. I had tried calling the shop to cancel my appointment, but couldn’t reach them (therefore i didn’t deserve a refund). She does not know what she is doing, and if you question her work or advice, she’s rude to you. I recommend going somewhere else for piercings. Your body and mind deserve better.

Experience 🔝 I got a navel piercing with Chiara! Really very good, professional and very kind! I didn’t feel anything doing it, I had a problem with a bump and she was super helpful and kind! I’m thinking about getting another piercing and will definitely go to her!

I performed two piercings here done by Chiara (@magnus_piercer on Ig) who is, to say the least, very good! I also made other jewel changes…if I could go back I would have them all done by her.
Extremely attentive, kind, precise, she gives you peace of mind and is behind you for any doubts or problems.

The piercer who works in this studio is really very good, in addition to being very sweet and friendly, she is very competent and is keen to explain in detail everything she does during the various procedures. Furthermore, during the healing phase of piercings she is always available and ready to provide the right advice. I had a great time and I’m happy to call her a trusted piercer!

I was here for piercings with Chiara “Magnus Piercer” after following her for a few months. At the moment I only had a complete piercing change, but she was super helpful in explaining to me why the navel piercing (not done by her) wasn’t going well. She explained everything to me in detail and I can’t wait to do it again with her in a few months. Really good and helpful, she is a very competent person as well as nice, kind and patient. And then she has beautiful jewels. Highly recommended!
