Kat scheduled a block of time to do a consultation where she listened to what we wanted, provided terrific insight, and helped us craft the tattoos we wanted. We had them done same day and could not be happier! We will definitely be going back to Dragonland and to work with Kat again in the future! Highly recommend

Over a month ago I called to ask for a glitter tattoo. I live down the street so I thought it was easier to go here. When I called to ask if they did glitter tattoos, the guy on the phone had an attitude and stated annoyingly “Glitter tattoos are not a thing. We can do colors to make it look like glitter, but it is not a thing.” I ignored it and said I still wanted it of which this guy asked annoyingly again, “I’m sure you want a small tattoo?”. I said yes. He told me it would take a while, but they would call back for a consultation. I never received a call and then after googling and deciding to read the reviews, I saw why. I’m not sure why they think it’s smart to be rude to ppl who want to spend money at your business. You’re not the only tattoo shop in the world. No way on earth I would give money to someone who is disrespectful to customers. I thought maybe dude had a bad day, but i see bad attitudes are a pattern there. I hope y’all are knocked off this pedestal y’all are putting yourselves on. Y’all have lost y’all mind.
