I could not ask for a better tattoo experience. I got a custom design that Chuck personally actualized himself. The aftercare advice ensured a great heal. I was completely comfortable, the booths were pristine. I am very pleased! Would recommend!

I have went here before and Norris the owner has always been great! Never any problems. This last time I had a new guy do the piercing and he had to use 2 different needles because he be t the first one. Within a couple days my ear was 2x it’s normal size. Fire red. Running a fever. Too painful to touch. I ended up having to go to my Dr which was a 50$ co pay then be put on 1000 MG antibiotics due to how bad the infection was. The owner tells me “this sometimes happens”. He didn’t even offer me a refund from a 70$ piercing that went bad.

We had a large group but we had made arrangements well in advance. When we walked in they all looked confused. We had 5 people wanting piercings which went great. The 3 that wanted tattoos didn’t go so well. The person who and scheduled the appointment has told them what she wanted and where. Well all the sudden they didn’t do ‘neck’ tattoos! She want a heart the size of a nickel behind her ear! The guy acted like he was to busy or just didn’t want to bother with us! It looked like they had 15 employees sitting there but no one to do the tattoos. The 2 that ended up with tattoos they turned out decent but still Very disappointed with the service and attitudes of several employees! Wouldn’t go there for a tattoo ever if it was me!

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! I just recently got my nose pierced and the staff was amazing. Right when I walked in I was already being helped! Super fast and easy I was in and out within 10 minutes!! Happy with the results as well!
