Then I met Elayne Davis, the owner, she was very responsive and thorough in my intake. Elayne is an expert. She is very open and very informative about what I could expect. We set up an appointment and I was very pleased with her skill. Elayne is very artful and precise in her permanent cosmetic expertise. She is uncompromising in her values, but is open to suggestion. I would recommend her art, craft, and sensitivity to anyone thinking of getting permanent cosmetics.
