These artists are phenomenal, the owners are so kind, and everyone who works there is super cool 😎 I highly recommend them.

It has been over a year since I got a tattoo here. It was my very first tattoo, so I had no idea if how I was treated was appropriate and it very much was not. I will not name my artist but she was reccomended to me when I said I wanted a cartoon styled tattoo, something cutesy and they said she would be the best in the area. She asked for my reference drawings 3 weeks in advance and I placed a 100$ deposit on the tattoo. The tattoo date came, I was the first appointment of the day and showed up before any of the staff, when the doors opened I was sat in a waiting area for an additional 25 minutes (I had only been 15 minutes early), because she was still sketching the tattoo, and needed my reference photos again despite them being on facebook messenger. When I was sat down, she had “rules” which is fine, but seeing as it was my first tattoo they seemed extremely rude. “No crying”, “this isn’t like a scratch”, “I don’t want you shaking or trembling”, “if you can’t handle it leave now”, etc. She also made several comments about the piercing shop I’m a regular at and talked very poorly about their shop which was a little unprofessional to me. The tattoo itself wasn’t bad, it looked neat aside from the couple blowouts, then half way through she took an hour lunch break. Again, this was my first tattoo ans ot was a big color piece, and she just disappeared for an hour. When my adrenaline wore off from the initial tattooing she continued on, and because I hit that wall I asked to stop, but she kept going and said she was “almost done”, but that meant another hour of shading. I had asked several times to stop and she said no, that she wouldn’t book me for a follow up appointment. When I was finally done I went to pay, I was quoted 300$, which is what I brought and expected the 100$ deposit to come off as well. But then when I went to pay they said it was 450$ WITHOUT the deposit because it was 550$ since it took an extra hour..which would have been her HOUR lunch break since I was only supposed to be there for 3 hours not 4. Now that I have a few more pieces by various artists I know that this was not the way I should have been treated. The only reason it gets 3 stars is because of the cleanliness and the apprentice was a sweetheart to talk to. Had it not been for the apprentice it would have been 1-2 stars.

Owner Tara was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful toward me when denying me a refund of my deposit for an appointment she cancelled when she kicked my artist out of the shop on the day of my appointment. I had gone in a few days later when told to pick up my deposit. Tara told me I was wrong about what I was told. I respectfully told her that I wanted to follow my artist and had been told three different answers (one from receptionist, 2 from Tara) Tara told me she didn’t say things that she had just said. When I asked the receptionist to confirm the inconsistencies and Tara lying, she awkwardly said Tara was her stepmom and babysits for her so she has her hands tied. Tara was almost yelling when saying I need to leave her shop if I won’t switch to a different artist in order to use my deposit. She said I can ask for my deposit again the next day. Such an innapropiate and disturbing experience!

I just got the best tattoo of my life just now from Jay. He pays such attention to details and he did an incredible job. Everytime I look at my tattoo I see something new. He really brought this piece to life. I am from Tennessee and I will be coming all the way out here to get another one done by him in the future. Everyone is super nice at the shop and it is very clean. I I can’t explain how happy I am with the work they did

Tess did a great job covering up someone else’s work. She understood what I was looking for and did a great job making it happen.
Will be back for more.
