I would definitely recommend Grateful, and specifically Tyler is very talented and did a phenomenal job on my thigh/hip tattoo! The shop is really great and everyone was very nice. Tyler also has a large tv set up so it was a good distraction during the appointments! Initially I was worried I might feel uncomfortable being tattooed by a male; however, Tyler is really nice and he made sure I had what I needed and that I was comfortable, so it was a great experience over all! I also really appreciated the time he took to help me debate my questions about colours vs black and grey, so I feel like I was able to make informed decisions for what to choose, and I am very happy with the results.
Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend

Always an amazing time coming to see Lydia! Been a client of hers since Guelph, and love the new shop just as much. Had a chance to see a Chris working his magic today, and man, is he talented!
Highly recommend either of them (depending on your styling)

Got my nose and upper ear pierced by Shane 3 weeks ago and I felt comfortable all through the process. He explained the steps and procedures clearly and he was careful. He also gave me a non scented soap for aftercare.
Overall, it’s 10/10. I strongly recommend.

i got my belly button pierced today by Shayne and it was an awesome experience. i was so nervous at first but he came off super friendly from the beginning and it turned out great. every part of the process was good and he was joking the whole time keeping my comfortable. it was so fast! the whole shop was decorated with some awesome stuff and overall cool environment. Thanks Shayne!

As soon as I walked inside, I wasn’t intimidated at all. The staff were also nice and I immediately felt comfortable. I got my nose pierced by Shayne and he was really nice and a very chill guy. He didn’t make me feel nervous at all and his studio environment was also very welcoming. Also the piercing in my opinion didn’t hurt as much I thought and he pierced it very fast. Plus it was very affordable. I really liked this studio and would definitely come again!:)
