I had an exceptional experience for my Tragus piercing from start to finish.The piercer, Kendall was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process, and answered all of my questions with patience. Her calm and reassuring demeanor immediately put me at ease, which was especially appreciated since I was a tad bit nervous at first. The piercing itself was quick and relatively painless. I highly recommend Kendall to anyone considering a piercing. Her professionalism, skill, and dedication to customer satisfaction are unmatched. I will definitely be returning for all my future piercings!

Best experience ever! I came in for a 2pm appointment for a naval piercing, and Kendall was absolutely amazing. She walked me through the entire process, super gentle I barely felt the piercing going through, maintained great professionalism, and truly had the utmost brightest and welcoming attitude to each of her clients. If I could give 10 stars I would. I went in with a friend who had been here before, and we both got piercings from Kendall. She is so professional and very personable and real. I love love love the piercings she did, I originally went in for a helix/cartilage piercing, and was thinking about getting another because this is the most fair pricing I’ve seen especially for the quality of piercings she performs. Kendall is extremely knowledgeable, while piercing my helix she saw a previous flat piercing from a different shop that was done wrong and not healing properly. We agreed on her fixing it and she re-pierced it for me. This was the most fun and least painful piercing experience. I have been and definitely will be back to Lucky Cat for all my piercings in the future. I don’t trust anyone else with my piercings now, and I love the jewelry options here.

I cannot reccomend this place enough. I got a tattoo here and it was a wonderful experience. The environment is great, the tattoo artist I saw and the piercer are both phenomenal people. The work was the best I’ve had. I live an hour away and will easily make the trip every time. Already scheduled for my next tattoo before walking out the door.
