Rachael is wonderful. The problem is, if you aren’t a regular, you have to deal with a woman named Brandy. Rachael did my first tattoo and I was very pleased. A month later(Feb 2021), I asked for a second appointment. I was told 0he next available appointment was October 14. Ok. In February, I had no idea when my family would schedule vacations…especially during Covid. On October 3rd, 2021, I asked to reschedule the appointment I had already paid $200 dollars for. Brandy informed me that the next available appointment was in June of 2022. Ok. I asked for a return on my deposit, as they weren’t able to render services within 14 months of my initial deposit. Brandy refused my request.
