I got my nostril pierced here by Rob. I was so nervous going into my appointment as this was my first facial piercing, but everyone at the studio made me feel so comfortable and really took the time to help me pick out my jewelry and walk me through the process. The studio was also spotless and comfortable which poor me at ease. The piercing was almost painless and I love the placement! Would definitely recommend going here. Bonus points for the cat shelter live stream in the waiting room.

Highly recommend this place for any piercing related work. I walked in for a jewelry removal. Needless to say I was nervous and stressed out. Right from the time I made the call, they made me feel assured that I was talking to professionals who knew what they were doing and talking. Mika is the first contact – she makes everyone feel welcome, and spends good time trying to understand the job on hand. I had the best experience with Arcadia. From the moment I entered the salon, I was welcomed and greeted with enthusiasm. They helped me understand the process before, during and after the piercing as well as helped me understand the differences in the jewelry and how it would look. Morgan was absolutely amazing. She explained each tool she was using, she continued to allow me time to ask questions and get comfortable with her before she started. The salon is very clean and sterile which was also very important to me. Arcadia will be my go to for any future piercings and I will recommend them to others.

Got my nose and ears pierced here—would recommend for sure. Everyone was super friendly and helpful in picking out jewelry and placement, and the process was easy and painless too. Especially loved how my nose came out with the ocean gray stud and got compliments on it all day

Absolutely the best piercing experience of my life. Came in for a nose piercing, it’s been a decade since my last piercing due to bad experiences. A level of care and transparency that I wish my doctors office would give me lol. They walked me through every step of the process, answered every question, prepped me for what to expect when it did happen. I had no fear, and it was so easy. Also, awesome jewelry selection. I gave some guidelines to their front person and they gave me so many good choices. Thank you to Rob for a 10/10 experience, and their front person whose name I never got, you both rock!
