Came here to get my septum pierced and this is what I walked out with. Originally when I first inquired about the price at the front desk the worker told me it would be $70 altogether, $60 for the initial piercing and $10 for the jewelry. After I got the piercing done the manager was at the front desk and informed me it would actually be $94. Honest mistakes happen but when I inquired about the conflicting prices I was met with an instant sour attitude from her, she snapped at me rudely about the price and I ended up paying and just left. I returned two days later to inquire about getting this botched piercing out and asked about also receiving a refund. Again, I was met with instant attitude as she rudely snapped at me that she could remove my piercing, but wouldn’t give me a refund. I did not want her anywhere near my fresh piercing with her unprofessional attitude, so I just left.
I’ve heard they’re much better at the matthews location.

Last minute stop, as I was traveling to Charlotte for the time. Store was presentable, staff were very friendly and informative on the services they offered. I got a nose piercing done there for a great price and The service was quick and professional. Would highly recommend to even those that are from out of town.

Dame pierced my nose and my daughter’s industrial. He was extremely professional and thorough. He explained the entire process to us, and also wrote down more instructions for cleaning and aftercare. We will definitely be going back for any future piercings that we will be getting.
