This was the cleanest, most courteous, and most organized tattoo shop I have ever visited. Frankie and his staff were amazing. They took their time to answer all questions I had, worked with me on a unique and creative design, and did not make me feel rushed. Plus, Frankie is extremely talented and has been featured in many magazines. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I’ll definitely be going back.

Mandy was amazing, she made me feel comfortable to do my piercing and she hasn’t minded my constant bickering questions about the healing process. Frankie was awesome at doing my tongue piercing, even though I struggled to hold my mouth open.

I went to get my tongue and eye brow pierced in January 2024. I got there and did all the paperwork. Got in chair did my eye brow done, next my tongue. She pierced it and when I went to close my mouth, I couldn’t even close my mouth. The bar was way to long so had to pull on my tongue so hard bc she couldn’t reach the bottom ball due to being to far back. She finally got it out and put a smaller bar in. The next day bottom of mouth was swollen and hurt so bad. I sent her a pic of what it looked like she stated it was from the trauma bc how much she had to pull on it. I will say she did not charge for the tongue ring. After 2 weeks or so I woke up and the bottom ball was literally in my tongue and already started to heal while inside of tongue. I let her know she was out of town, told me the owner will fix it. I go up there and he had to push it through to get the ball out. He was able to get the tongue ring out ( he also said she put it way too far back and this time she use to small of a bar ). He got it out and said a lot of puss came out due to listerine not able to get in bc of short bar. He put in the correct bar but after couple days I had to take out bc it was still infected.

After couple weeks of eye brow piercing the swollen has went down I noticed that it was way to shallow, she didn’t pull enough skin. ( my friend even mention that after we left but I didn’t notice it until later on ) So today I had to take out that piercing as well due to fact my hair got hung on it and when I went to move it the piercing literally ripped some of skin.

I never like doing negative reviews but this is probably worse experience I’ve had with piercing. I don’t think I’ll ever get those done again due to this experience.

Highly recommend! I had my septum pierced there today and I could not have asked for a better experience! Frankie was very professional and had the piercing done in seconds! Mandy was very sweet and gave me detailed aftercare instructions and her number in case I have any problems. I felt very well taken care of and am so happy with my new piercing. If you’re thinking about getting a piercing I wouldn’t look any further than House of Pain!
