I would like to thank Andrea and I believe her name was Anna (at the front of the store) for all of their help. I called Exclusively Diamonds for a repair on an earring I had received as a gift a couple days prior. They told me estimated time for the repair was about a week which was completely fine. They called me 2 days after dropping it off to say it was done already, amazing! They also helped me pick out a chain for the pendant I also received as a gift. They had to order in some chains for me to look at based on my preferences which also came in within a couple days! All of this was taken care of within the same week, I was able to get my earring fixed and purchase a chain! Staff were so nice and helpful. They were fast and efficient which isn’t easy to come by these days. I’m so glad that I decided to work with Exclusively Diamonds. I will definitely be using them again for any jewelry needs. Thank you so much for everything!
