The shop was clean and super quick about fitting a walk in piercing. Unfortunately my forward helix was pierced here about a month ago, and when I went to a different shop to change the jewelery due to the top of the stud falling out. I was told it was pierced incorrectly. It was already rejecting, due to it being done sideways. I Took the piercing out and repierced the correct space with the correct tools. Please see below. The red bump above the stud was where it was pierced sideways. I am very disappointed, and frustrated. I haven’t had any piercings reject, ever.
The piercer was unprofessional as well and was throwing stuff around and slinging myself and my friends around on the bench. He seemed like he was mad and wasn’t focusing on the task. Tried to blame the way the earring looked on the length of the stud. Over all, definitely will not go back unless they have a new piercer.

Matt Simmons is awesome. He’s done a few of my boyfriend’s tattoos and I decided to go to him for an arm tattoo that I had designed myself. He brought it to life and perfected it of course. He was incredibly nice and it was my favorite tattoo experience. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for new ink!!! Thanks Matt! I’m excited to get more work done by you in the future.

I loved the staff ,the location was amazing, Erin P..was the best piercer and made my son feel like he was specials. Erin was very attentive to his needs and properly using the autoclave on the jewelry pieces.She’s going places in life and so is this amazing 510 expert tatttos and body piercing family..

I was in tonight to get my industrial pierced. I don’t know who the man is who pierced me but he was shaking uncontrollably from the moment I got to his table. He spent over 40 minutes marking up my ear to find proper placement. The entire time he was shaking, he would erase a mark he made and continue to do the same thing over and over again. He told me to lay down on the wrong side the piercing was supposed to be on. I told him that was the wrong side and he replied “oh yeah duh I forgot”. He wasn’t making sense with his vocabulary. I was very scared and that’s coming from someone who has had many piercings and tattoos from this establishment. He finally got around to piercing the top part of the industrial, and he then walked away from the needle still visibly in my ear to then mark the second hole which took him another 5 or so minutes. I knew something wasn’t right. I thought he was done with the entire piercing to be honest. Turns out he was no where near being finished. My friend got up to look and there was a huge pool of blood on the table under my head and coated in my hair. He then proceeded to say he needed to try again with the piercing. I was confused as to what this meant. I then asked if he was going to re-pierce a second hole and he became confused and argumentative. He said he needed to re-angle it. I was shaking and felt very nauseous. I asked him to please stop the service and he got more argumentative. I was so uncomfortable and quite frankly, traumatized. I ended up leaving with my entire ear bandaged up. This is completely unacceptable to have someone that inexperienced and rude working there. It’s a a complete safety concern for all other at this establishment. Also, there were no wavers signed and zero accountability for his actions. He was very cold and seemed like he was on something. I want to let everyone know not to come here for their safety.His apology and I quote was…“I’m sorry, but it happens”… OH! A co-worker thought it was a good idea to put a half eaten bag of chips in my face while this was happening…

I am on session four and I can’t say enough about Justin and my experience. From design to cover ups he’s been fantastic. I have a fun time getting tattooed and the entire staff is helpful and fun to be around 7 bazzalion stars if I could.
